Ms. Fiona Nambogo is the perfect facilitator for our Project Planning and Consultancy Skills course. She holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and has completed her MBA, giving her a powerful combination of technical expertise and strategic business insight. In her previous role as Business Manager at Eight Tech Consults Ltd, Fiona led cross‑functional teams to deliver process‑optimization initiatives that boosted both revenue and customer satisfaction. Her hands‑on experience in technology implementation, resource mobilization, strategic planning, and business analysis makes her uniquely qualified to guide participants through the complexities of project planning and consultancy.
Fiona has also acquired extensive training and experience in: cross‑functional team leadership; technology implementation and management; resource mobilization; strategic planning and execution; business analysis and problem‑solving; financial management and budgeting; customer relationship management; communication and presentation skills; adaptability and creativity; continuous learning and development; and research and data analysis.
