Dr. Drake Patrick Mirembe is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the field of ICT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He holds a PhD in Information Systems Security from the University of Groningen, Netherlands, and has served in significant roles, including Manager of the Microsoft Innovation Center Uganda and Consultant for The World Bank, UNESCO, and ILO. Dr. Mirembe is also a senior lecturer at Makerere University, where he has been shaping the next generation of IT professionals. His expertise spans donor engagement, strategic planning, and proposal development, making him uniquely qualified to facilitate the Resource Mobilization and Grant Proposal Writing course at Eight Learning Institute of Technology & Management.
