Course Duration & mode of Delivery:
This course will be delivered virtually (online) over a period of 4 weeks. The course combines live instructor-led sessions, pre-recorded lectures, case-study analyses, negotiation simulations, and group discussions to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Participants will acquire hands‐on experience in breaking complex projects into detailed work breakdown structures, creating and managing schedules with Gantt charts, allocating resources and budgets effectively, identifying and mitigating potential risks and engaging stakeholders through clear communication and negotiation exercises. By the end of the course, participants will acquire a certificate that will be signed by the Vice Chancelor of Nkumba University and the Senior facilitator of the course.
